which would be for the nine months of current budget year. We will not be paying the remaining twelve
months, due to the fact that they were from a previous budget year. Upon roll call, the vote was as follows:

declare an emergency in order to add an item to the agenda, said item “Change Order
#1”. Upon roll call, the vote was as

P. R. Farmer from Farmer & Son
Funeral Homes and the Board reviewed the current county burials policy. P. R. and the
OZENBAUGH SUBDIVISION
Planning and Zoning Administrator,
Gerald Slezak submitted the plat for the Ozenbaugh Subdivision, located in the
NE ¼, Section 11-5-2, Belle Prairie Township.
Yates moved and Capek seconded the
motion to approve the plat of the Ozenbaugh Subdivision with the proper
signatures as follows:
A tract of land located in the
Northwest Quarter (NE ¼) of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 2 West of the
Sixth P. M., Fillmore County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner said Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) thence
S00’00’00”W (assumed bearing) along the east line said Northeast Quarter (NE ¼)
a distance of 33.00 feet to the south line of Highway Number 74 and place of
beginning; thence continuing S00’00’00”W along said east line a distance of
385.00 feet; thence S90’00’00”W perpendicular to the east line said Northeast
Quarter (NE ¼) a distance of 675.35 feet; thence N00’00’00”E parallel with the
east line said Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) a distance of 380.37 feet to the south

the motion to approve the plat of the Poch Subdivision as follows:
A tract of land comprising of part
of Government Lot 2, in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 7, Township 6 North,
Range 1 West of the 6th P. M., Fillmore County, Nebraska, described
as follows: beginning at the NW corner of said SW ¼, and assuming the west line
of said SW ¼ to have a bearing of N00’03’04”E; thence N89’01’19”E, and on the
north line of said Government Lot 2, 454.54 feet to a ¾” rebar w/cap; thence S00’03’04”W,
and parallel with the west line of said SW ¼, 262.27 feet to a ¾” rebar w/cap;
thence S61’17’18”W, 330.38 feet to a ¾” rebar w/cap; thence S89’01’17”W, 164.88
feet to a ¾” rebar w/cap on the west line of said SW ¼; thence N00’03’04”E, and
on the west line of said SW ¼, 416.04 feet to the point of beginning and
