February 16 and 17, 2005

The Fillmore County Board of Supervisors met in special session at 1.45 p.m. and recessed at 5.55 p.m on February 16, and opened at 2.30 p.m. and adjourned at 6.40 p.m. on February 17, 2005. The purpose of the meetings was to interview applicants for the position of County Clerk. The meetings were called to order by Chairman Kimbrough. Members present were Yates, Capek, Simacek, Galusha, Cerny and Mueller.

The following applicants were interviewed:

Karen Hallock of Springview, Nebraska Mary Novak of Geneva

Rebecca Luzum of Milligan Rodney Teter of York

Cathy Dick of Geneva David Schlegel of Shickley

Kristin Horne of Exeter Amy Nelson of Shickley, and

Elizabeth Ekeler of Exeter

An offer of the position is tentatively scheduled for the February 22^nd meeting with the formal appointment to be made at the March 8^th meeting.

No other business was discussed.
